If you wish to cancel your flight, the balance will be credited back to you towards a future use and within a year of your original booking. The cancellation will be subject to a cancellation fee.

Is there a time limit for cancelling my flight?
The time limit for cancelling your flight depends on the fare type you have selected:
- Lite Fare: Cancellation is not allowed after booking is confirmed.
- Basic Fare: Cancellation is allowed up to 24 hours before the flight departure. For flights with numbers starting from 3O (typically to or from Morocco), modifications are permitted up to 72 hours before departure.
- Value Fare: Cancellation is allowed up to 24 hours before the flight departure.
- Ultimate Fare: Cancellation is allowed up to 8 hours before the flight departure.

Can I cancel part of my return flight booking?
Yes, you can cancel one segment of your return flight booking (either the outbound or return journey), subject to your fare type and applicable modification or cancellation fees. This can be done conveniently online or, If you need further assistance, our customer support team is ready to help.

Will I receive a refund if I cancel my flight?
- Flights booked with Basic or Value Fare: The amount you paid will be retained as Air Arabia Credit after deducting cancellation charges and other applicable fees. This credit can be used for future flights within one year from the original payment date.
- Flights booked with Ultimate Fare: Passengers booking under the Ultimate Fare type have the flexibility to either retain the amount as Air Arabia (under the same terms as above) or opt for a 50% cash refund, forfeiting the credit.
