Yes, the seat you pre-booked online will be reserved for you during check-in. However, in rare cases, operational requirements or changes to the aircraft may require adjustments. If this occurs, we will do our best to assign you the same seat or one as close as possible to your original selection. -

If you prefer to check in at the airport, our check-in counters open 3 hours before your flight's departure. For economy class passengers, check-in closes 1 hour before departure, while for business class passengers, it closes 45 minutes prior. We recommend arriving early to ensure a smooth check-in process.

Can I use city check-in?
Yes, you can! Avoid the airport rush by using our city check-in services available in Sharjah, Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Ajman, and Ras Al Khaimah. At our dedicated city terminal counters, you can check in your luggage, select your seat, and collect your boarding pass up to 36 hours before your flight.

Yes, home check-in service is available for flights departing from Abu Dhabi. Our agents will visit your home, hotel, or office to complete your check-in, collect your luggage, and issue your boarding pass.
