Modifications and cancellations

Modifications:

You can modify the day of travel or even the destination of your trip online or by contacting our call centre, or visiting our sales offices and partner travel agents. Your reservation number will be required for this process and a modification fee will be applied plus any fare difference that may occur.

Modifications can be done up to 24 hours from the scheduled departure time (72 hours for flights from/to Morocco) if you are holding a promo fare, however if you purchased Flexi or booked Extra fare you will be able to do the modification without the modification charge up to 4 hours for flights from/to the U.A.E and Jordan, and up to 8 hours for flights from/to Morocco and Egypt.

Some reservations are not eligible for modifications such as promotional tickets, free gifted tickets, etc.

Cancellations:

You can cancel your reservation online or by contacting Air Arabia call centre, or visting our sales offices and partner travel agents. Your reservation number will be required for this process and a cancellation fee will be applied.

You can cancel your reservation up to 24 hours from the scheduled departure time if you hold a promo fare, however if you purchase Flexi or booked Extra fare you will be able to do the cancellation up to 8 hours before the scheduled departure time and without a cancellation charge.

Cancellations are not applicable for flights from/to Morocco.
