2. Air Arabia does not have a refund policy for bookings confirmed on fare types Basic and Value once the booking is paid for. On cancellation, Air Arabia will retain the remaining amount as a credit towards a future flight which can be used for travel within one year from the date of payment by the same passenger only.
3.Basic, you will be able to modify your booking once upto 24 hours prior to flight departure with a minimum modification charge of AED 200, cancellation will be restricted with penatly.
4.Value, you will be able to modify your booking once upto 24 hours prior to flight departure without a modification charge, only fare difference applies, or cancel your booking with a cancellation fee of AED 100, up to 24 hours. Modification is not allowed within 24 hours before the flight.
5. Ultimate Fare, you will be able to modify your booking twice upto 8 hours prior to flight departure without a modification charge, only fare difference applies, or cancel your booking without a cancellation fee, up to 8 hours. Modification is not allowed within 8 hours before the flight.
6. Some reservations are not eligible for modifications such as promotional tickets, free gifted.
7. In case of No-Show passenger ticket is forfeited and only Govt. Taxes can be claimed.
Ultimate Fare - Process for Cash Refund
1. This benefit is applicable only on Air Arabia Ultimate fare type.
2. CFAR will apply to the refundable and fully unused Ultimate fare paid by the passenger.
3. The maximum refund amount is limited up to USD 200 per passenger per sector on domestic routes & USD 500 per passenger per sector on international routes (This will vary based on the fare you have paid)
4. It is mandatory to cancel the booking any time before 24 hours from the scheduled departure, and immediately submit the CFAR refund request through the link https://CFARTune.amaglobalassistance.com
5. CFAR Claims submitted within 24 hours of the scheduled flight departure time or after the scheduled departure time of the flight will not be accepted.
6. Once the ticket fare type, cancellation date & time are validated, the passenger will receive an email confirmation of the 50% refundable portion.
7. The 50% refund under the Ultimate Fare will be transferred to the passenger’s local bank account.
8. Once the 50% refund is processed there will be no further credit shell or refund due.

1. Pour les réservations de groupe, les frais de modification et d'annulation peuvent varier. Veuillez contacter votre agence émettrice.
2. Air Arabia n'a pas de politique de remboursement pour les réservations confirmées sur les types de tarifs Basic et Value une fois la réservation payée. En cas d'annulation, Air Arabia conservera le montant restant comme crédit pour un futur vol pouvant être utilisé pour un voyage dans l'année suivant la date de paiement par le même passager uniquement.
3. Basic, vous pourrez modifier votre réservation une fois jusqu'à 72 heures avant le départ du vol avec un minimum de frais de modification de MAD 200, l'annulation sera restreinte avec une pénalité.
4. Value, vous pourrez modifier votre réservation une fois jusqu'à 24 heures avant le départ du vol sans frais de modification, seule la différence tarifaire s'applique, ou annuler votre réservation jusqu'à 24 heures avec des frais d'annulation de 100 MAD. La modification n'est pas autorisée dans les 24 heures précédant le vol.
5. Ultimate Fare, vous pourrez modifier votre réservation deux fois jusqu'à 8 heures avant le départ du vol sans frais de modification, seule la différence tarifaire s'applique, ou annuler votre réservation jusqu'à 8 heures sans frais d'annulation. La modification n'est pas autorisée dans les 8 heures précédant le vol.
6. Certaines réservations ne sont pas éligibles aux modifications, comme les billets promotionnels, les billets gratuits.
7. En cas de non-présentation, le billet du passager est confisqué et seules les taxes gouvernementales peuvent être réclamées.
Ultimate Fare - Processus de remboursement en espèces
1. Cet avantage s'applique uniquement au type de tarif Ultimate d'Air Arabia.
2. CFAR s'appliquera au tarif Ultimate remboursable et entièrement inutilisé payé par le passager.
3. Le montant maximum du remboursement est limité à 200 USD par passager et par secteur sur les vols intérieurs et à 500 USD par passager et par secteur sur les vols internationaux (cela variera en fonction du tarif que vous avez payé)
4. Il est obligatoire d'annuler la réservation à tout moment avant les 24 heures précédant le départ prévu et de soumettre immédiatement la demande de remboursement CFAR via le lien https://CFARTune.amaglobalassistance.com
5. Les réclamations CFAR soumises dans les 24 heures précédant l'heure de départ prévue du vol ou après l'heure de départ prévue du vol ne seront pas acceptées.
6. Une fois validés le type de tarif du billet, la date et l'heure d'annulation, le passager recevra une confirmation par e-mail de la partie remboursable de 50 %.
7. Le remboursement de 50 % sous la tarification Ultimate sera transféré sur le compte bancaire local du passager.
8. Une fois le remboursement de 50 % effectué, aucun crédit résiduel ni remboursement supplémentaire ne sera dû.
